Returns & Replacements

We offer returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong selection, or personal dislike once the product has been delivered in good condition.

  • Customized or Abhimantrit items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
