We Do NOT Offer Refunds In the Following Cases:

  • If you changed your mind after placing the order

  • If you selected the wrong product or variant

  • If you are dissatisfied with the product for personal or subjective reasons (e.g. size, feel, look, energy)

  • If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned to us or marked undeliverable

Refunds Are Only Applicable In the Following Cases:

We will consider refunds or replacements only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You provide photo or video proof of the damage or error
